Kelowna Counselling can help

Shelley is trained in these therapy modalities:

She has extensive training to work with people who have suffered complex trauma and have PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder), addictions and a variety of Mental Health issues such as depression and anxiety. She uses a collaborative counselling approach utilizing her education and experience to support you in achieving your counselling goals. She empathically helps you identify dysfunctional patterns, behaviors and relationships that prevent you from being the best you. That empathy continues as she supports and encourages you in the therapeutic process of change. Some of the outcomes Shelley’s clients identify are personal insights, development of positive coping strategies, improvements in interpersonal relationships and intrapersonal intelligence resulting in increased self-esteem, self-worth, trauma resolution and the ability to feel peace and calm.
