Tula Wellness

Tula Wellness provides low barrier counselling for $40–150 per session.

UBCO Psychology Clinic Walk-In/Brief Therapy

  • the clinic is a training centre for clinical psychology students
  • offers a range of services provided by student clinicians under the supervision of clinical psychologists
  • Canadian citizenship is not required

Services

Walk-In service

  • between 10 am and 3 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, September to June (closed during Christmas break)
  • Virtual or in-person
  • Single session model focusing on one manageable issue impacting an individual’s mental health

Brief Therapy

  • 6 session service that individuals can access through attending the walk-in service
  • No fee
  • In-person sessions Monday to Thursday during regular clinic hours

Longer Term Therapy

  • Sliding scale fee
  • In-person
  • Waitlist (often it is 8-10 months)

BetterHelp Online Therapy

  • On-line individual and couples low barrier counselling
  • $85 to $110/week
  • Membership

BounceBack is a free skill-building program designed to help adults and youth 13+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered online or over the phone with a coach, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
